3rd July 2011

What the hell? Unknown manager? Dammit, I brought the Singapore team to the group stage and that still makes me a nobody? Fuck you, Skysports! Those good-for-nothing really know how to splash shit all over people's face, don't they?

How fucking awesome. I only have 33 days until the start of the season, and I haven't even met my team yet! The only thing they got right was the fact that I AM going to be taking charge of a bunch of unproven kids, and while Russel assures me that they can definitely make the cut, I'm not convinced until I see them in action. Whatever, they'll be arriving to Manchester later this evening, I better go check out the new stadium Russel had been raving about first..

BZSE Arena really is a beauty, isn't she! It's no San Siro or Camp Nou, but it'll do for now. The newly laid synthetic pitch is in perfect condition, and there are still workers installing the under-soil heating that Russel is was particular about. It's not a big stadium at all- the total capacity, as I'm told, is only about 1268 for now, and only 520 fans are able to be seated. The rest of the people just have to stand, at least until we have the budget to expand it even more..

BZSE Arena Stadium, in it's full glory.

My squad just arrived on the pitch, and honestly, they don't seem like they're capable of fighting for a place in this league. At least they're lively and cheerful, I guess, but they won't be for long! I'm definitely gonna' make these lazy cunts sweat the socks off when we start our training, so that we can achieve our minimum aim of staying up in this league! Mental note to myself; complain to that nutjob Russel later on, that 16 players are definitely not enough people to play in a league! What the hell was he thinking?

These 16 kids will be the deciding factor of where the club stands at the end of the season..

After seeing them on the pitch, however, I realized that they definitely have what it takes for them to make it to the top. Looks like tonight's gonna' be a long night, I've arranged a friendly with St. Asaph in three day's time, I definitely need to dream up an effective tactic that these kids can fit into!
